I have really bad dandruff & dry scalp.I have used almost everything for this,I think. I have now been using Dr. Miracle dandruff shampoo & leave-in conditioner but it seems as if nothing is working. I was wondering if there is some kind of product to help with this that will also stimulate hair growth.
Hi KiNee If over-the-counter products to address your dandrduff/dry scalp problem, it’s time to see a professional. Check in with your stylist or dermatologist to see what’s causing the problem. Best of luck.

Hi Miss Nita: You can get all the info you need for hair care by regularly picking up a copy of SBH for some terrific hair tips. You should also enlist the expertise of a professional stylist who can examine your tresses and create the specialized regimen you seek.
Ok now yes I love my hair this mag shows me what is hot n whats not so with gorgeous hair why noy have a magazine that enhances that beautiful and that sexy!!!!
I cannot live without Olive Oil Smooth & Hold Pudding! It’s lightweight, and it smooths the most untameable hair. I have that problem with humidity and “poofy hair”, and I tried the sample that came in my perm box and it got me together. My sample is gone now, and I’ll be going to the beauty supply store ASAP to buy another jar!!! I would recommend this to everyone because it gives you a smooth hold without making your hair crunchy or drying it out like gel. I give this product an A+.
Shampoos with extra moisture for sometimes dry scalp. I have some flakes at times. Something for itchy scalps. I need conditioners, oil shine or shine mist. I need a daily moisture product. I need something to wrap hair at night for up keep. I need something to control over exposure to heating tools. I used to use Doo Gro product at one time it did wonders for my hair, but now am using whatever!!someone recommends that works.
We’re curious Frustrated in Arkansas …If you found products that worked for you, why did you switch? Maybe you should go back to what works for you and you’d be less frustrated in Arkansas. Good luck!
Yes, I tried the products, but am still having problems with great hair loss. I am asking you for your help to correct the damage that is happening to my hair now. My goal is to have a healthy head of hair, am not concern with long hair just healthy. Could you please advise me on reaching this goal.
Hi Frustrated in Arkansas: Since the answers you seek requires a detailed consultation–one-on-one–to figure out what’s going on with your hair. Get with a professional stylist who can figure exactly what your hair needs. There are no short cuts; you’ve got to seek professional one-on-one help to deal with your mane concern.
why did u stop using doo gro products. Like my mother used to say, stick to what u know.
The whole line of Doo Gro products. I was once using these products but I stop, am ready to start back soon. I love the results that I got with these products. I a shampoo with extra mositure, I need conditioners, oil sheen, or shine mist, I need heating element products.
Hi, I have a problem area at the crown of my head that breaks off from time to time (this has been going on for over 15 yrs) and grows back. My stylist has tried everything and eventually, it gets to a certain length and breaks off. I’ve resigned myself to only wearing my hair short. Should I give up color too. I know that I could probably do highlights but what about all over color?
How are you styling your hair Angel? Are you pulling your hair taut in that area? Perhaps you’ve been parting your tresses the same way for a long time? Have you been using a hair accessory continuously on the area? If you’ve answered “yes” to any of these questions then it may be that you’re overstressing your coif with these techniques. As for color, check in with a skilled colorist to see which type of color would be best for. Go gentle at first: try a demi-rinse.
i was raised in texas and i used to have long beautiful hair but the weather is different in nevada and my hair has broken off. will wearing it natural help it grow and what should i put on it
Hi Taylor : Keep your Natural lengths well moisturized and conditioned (think leave-in formulas as well as deep-penetrating treatments). Keep your coif covered with a hat or scarf whenever spending long periods under the sun. And, check out the type of water used to rinse your hair…make sure it’s not “hard water” or well water…which may be causing the dryness.
Hi, my name is Astrid, I live in Colombia, I would like know where can I buy the Botox hair.
Thank
Check online for info if a salon/beauty supply store near you doesn’t carry the product.
