ROSLYN C. CHAPMAN,
Roslyn C. Chapman has been a mover and shaker in the beauty marketing industry for decades. The Hampton University graduate started her career with Johnson Products—one of the founding organizations of the American Health and Beauty Aids Institute (AHBAI)—where she helped land the first line of ethnic cosmetics on shelves at Kmart and Woolworth’s. She also worked for Alberto-Culver USA before launching her own marketing and sales firm, The Chapman Edge, in 2000. “My greatest learning experience was working with Johnson Products and George Johnson. This work experience was the foundation of my career.”
