I recently started working out and so far I’ve lost over 20 pounds! I have relaxed hair that is naturally curly and I find that after I work out, my straight style or my curls cannot hold because of the sweat. What hairstyles are best for sisters who exercise regularly? —Jennifer
Congratulations! It sounds like you’re transforming your life and loving it! A rod set or twisted style will be your best option. When it comes time to work out, get one of those workout headbands that are designed to “save your do.”
