How do you combat humidity with very short hair that you need to lay down without having to set it with a wrap lotion or gel? —Kiamesha
In order to mold your short hair, wrap lotions and gels are often your best go-to maintenance products. You might also consider using a creamy leave-in conditioner as your molding product. The advantage of using a leave-in conditioner is the anti-humidity benefit. Products with alcohol—like gels—may further add to hair dryness, which is one of the culprits of the frizziness that comes with humidity. You may have to try out a few different options before you get to the best choice, but it will be worth the trial and error. Your hair will be conditioned, shiny and you will have the hold you desire.
