Could you please tell me how to best maintain my relaxed hair while I’m working out? Should I Wrap it or just wear a ponytail while exercising? –Kim
For many women, a ponytail is the best move because it gets the hair up and away from the scalp where perspiration can wilt the style. This move also allows the mid-strands to the ends to be free, maintain body and allow moisture to escape. For other women, Wrapping the hair and holding it in place is the best choice. I think it depends on the length and the style of the hair, so try each and see which one will work best for you.
