The texture of my hair is very thin. I’ve tried to read up on ways to help improve my hair texture but so far nothing has worked for me. Please help! —Deanna
Your hair’s original thickness or thinness is predetermined prior to birth. Additionally each of us has a number of hairs per square inch, which equates to hair density. Thickness, thinness and hair density is something we cannot change. However, as we age, or as life-changing events occur (traumas can cause a decrease in hair’s density) hair thinning can take place. Act quickly and you may restore lost hair through treatment and nutritional support. Consult with a professional to get advice on what can be done to improve your specific condition.
