My hair is mid-length. Is there any product I could try to get it to grow? —Lilacurrin
Hair products help you sustain hair that has already grown. The growth process takes place inside your body. Your daily food intake has a tremendous impact on your hair growth because hair is nurtured through your blood supply. Protein is an important nutrient because it is the building block of all cells in the body especially hair cells. Inadequate protein in the diet may result in dry and brittle hair strands. Vitamins A, C, E, B6, B12, biotin and folic acid are helpful. A balanced diet will give you a great foundation to grow strong hair.
