Here, the Girlfriends Getaway 2 star shares how she keeps her healthy and haute: “Hair, like skin, is made healthy from the inside. I try to maintain a relatively healthy lifestyle. I don’t eat a lot of fried foods and I keep my sugar intake down to a minimum. I cut my hair regularly—so split, dry, frayed ends don’t stand a chance over here.”
