Hello I am a young student who is fresh out of high school and into her first year of college. I am a liscensed nail technician and I am currently going to school to become a liscensed Cosmotologist. I would love to in the future be able to model for Sophisticate’s Black Hair Care Guide/Magazine, but I have a few questions on the requirements. my hair is thining in the top but it is too short for a sew in and i know that bonding can be damaging i want to grow my hair out without chemicals so i could try a sew in….how do i find a style that i can wear in the growing process?

I have been natural(perm free)for three year’s now. I must say stop using relaxers was the best decision I could ever make. My hair is much healthier. It grows much faster. I use pantene for colored hair shampoo and conditioner. I use Dr. Miracles deep conditioner to top it off. I wash my hair once a week. After I wash the deep condiotioner out I use an ionic blow dryer to dry my hair. I used Dr. Miracles gro oil for my scalp.I cut my split ends then I roll my hair. I use to flat iron my hair after I blow dryed, but that was just too much heat for my hair at once. The rollers will give your hair just as much bounce and shine as a flat iron will do. My hair is passed my bra strap. Also, Vitamins and eating healthy will play a major part. You can buy prenatal vitamins which has folic acid that helps hair growth as well.

Hi! I love weave and learned how to do sew ins like a year ago.. I’m pretty
Good at it but I only know one braid pattern, it gets frustrating because everyones
Head is different and may sometimes require a different braid pattern to get a good result.. please enlighten me with some good ideas..
