One of Chicago’s hottest annual events, the “DHC Beauty Bash” combines glamour, style and a good cause. Selecting a different charity organization recipient each year, the “DHC Beauty Bash” is a party with a purpose and is the brainchild of Darker Horse Creative (DHC) Managing Partners Fred Miller and celebrity makeup artist Triphena Johnson. Together they produce an event that serves to not only do good but also honor professionals in our industry who help make the world a more beautiful place. Under their leadership, the “DHC Beauty Bash” is now in its 6th phenomenal year—with a portion of all proceeds to benefit Lupus Awareness and the “Living Life with Lupus Support Group.” Expect the stylish crowd to look regal in purple—as purple is the national ribbon color for the cause. “The ‘DHC Beauty Bash’ is not just for people in the beauty industry,” shares DHC’s Fred Miller, a veteran of more than 25 years in the ethnic beauty and personal care product market. “It is for celebrating the beauty of giving.”
This year’s event will be held on June 22nd at The Shrine in Chicago (located at 2109 S. Wabash Ave.) from 7PM to 12AM and will feature music, refreshments and style. For more information about event tickets, please visit dhcbeautybash.com.
